Thanks for the reply but what I need to know is when you do the warp (side to side) how do you add new pieces so they don't show. On the seat you can staple new pieces but on the back of the chair the staples will show.

      Carli Treat the back of the child's rocker the same as you did the seat...

      All the ones I've done wrap around and you weave both front and back. Picture might help.

            Thanks for all the replies. I'll use the staples and remove them after. I'm also going to take the original back off the chair piece by piece and see how the original caner did it. It's exceptional... more
