Everyone does this a little differently
Here are my answers to your questions

Do you charge the same for herringbone and porch weaves?
Yes
Do you charge more for binder cane and narrow reed than you do for wider reed?
Yes,
Do you charge extra for corners on rushed seats?
No but I do upcharge if there is something that makes it more difficult to do. Like time to dismantle,
Assemble or repair
Do you charge extra for round caned seats?
No, I don’t find them that much more challenging.
