Hi Jim,

I certainly understand your predicament, we've all been there! My suggestion is to use either one or two tension rods and take them out when you get to about the middle of the seat. Tension rods give you a bit of slack evenly across the seat so that you'll be able to actually weave the last few rows that are right next to the rails in front or in the back.
