James dickey

After further research, it is apparent my ancestor James eugene dickey did not serve in the Georgia 51st Infantry.

The James Dickey of the 51st Georgia infantry was from Calhoun County Ga. He survived the war and is thought to be burried near Dicky Ga., but exact location of his grave is unknown. It is likely he was burried in a unmarked grave in the Dickey cemetery near Dickey, GA.
