Indeed printed copies of the Surrey Chapel Music do survive.

For example the British Library has

Author: Benjamin Jacob, 1778-1829.
Contributor: G Breillat ;
William Dixon of Liverpool. ;
Samuel Arnold 1740-1802.
Subjects: Dewey: 780
Publication Details: London, [1815?]
Physical Description: 2 vol ; obl. fol.
Shelfmark(s): Music Collections E.1413

and they also have an expanded 1835 3 volume Music of Surrey Chapel.

A few years ago London Gallery Quire did a gig in Brixton and an old copy of Surrey Chapel music was produced from a cupboard.
