I could have easily done it on Sibelius 2 but I had to upgrade Windows on transfer to a new computer and so had to buy the current Sibelius.

After writing 8 bars, I wanted to squeeze into the same system the ninth bar, a 2nd time bar, and couldn't move it. After nearly an hour of trying,I gave up, and haven't been back to it since.
