Cassie gave Sarah hope. She smiled at her response, thinking if just a few more wizards felt the same way this world much just get a little better.

"Good, I'm glad," Sarah said. "It wouldn't be the same without you here."

She picked up a new handful of snow, which was replaced almost immediately by one of her charms. She started to pack it down as nearby, someone else built up a perfect ice castle themselves. Annet. Sarah had only met her on occasion and dealt with her even less. Probably because most injuries at the school were on a private basis, though Sarah hoped it was because she did her job well enough too.

She admired the craft of the castle. Somethings could be done better by magic, even if the fun was lost. "You're welcome to join us," she told the man who'd come in with Annet. She'd seen him at the Cerise a couple times. Waiting or bar tending. Either way, it didn't seem that out of the ordinary. Matt was visiting, in fact, and that was far more unusual, Sarah was certain. She'd invited him on the Headmaster's asking and he was sleeping in, as was his habit. She considered taking a snowball up his way when they were done here.

She continued patting down snow and building up her portion of the wall, looking up just as Jael had frozen him. "Jael!" she exclaimed, pulling off gloves and digging through her pockets for the wand she'd stashed away.
