Isaac E. Brokaw

I am attempting to find any information possible on Isaac E. Brokaw aka Ike Brokaw who was marshall in Tucson in 1878-80 and Pima County Jailor in 1881. I am particularly interested in finding out the name of his wife at the time. I do know that Brokaw claims to have been a "policeman" in Virginia City, NV as well as the foreman of one of the fire companies there during the great fire of August 1863. He married Angelina Garabini (formerly of New York, Louisiana and possibly Panama) in 1865 and was living in San Francisco and Sacramento by 1870 when he was tried and convicted of the 2nd degree murder of "White Headed" Bob Evans. Any more information that anyone can supply would be greatly appreciated.
