We adopted three graves at the American War Cemetry at Margraten, Limburg, the Netherlands. One of them is of Harold Giles from Kentucky.
He was a PFC in the 407 Inf 102 division and died 30 november 1944. I wonder is somebody remembers him and can tell me more about him. If relatives of Harold Giles read this message, I would very much like to get in touch with them.
We have been corresponding with the widow of another soldier since 1990. My husband's grandparents adopted his grave just after the war and there was a very nice contact with his family. And after all these year it is always a pleasure getting a letter and photos from Ohio.
