Denver Ross was my Dad's cousin and he went by his middle name Glenn. He was killed in action. I don't know the exact details of the mission or how he was killed but I did find this info about the units history in WW2. Not sure if this is the same unit but it appears to be.         I don't know if that is the right unit or not. For some reason I thought he may have been in a parachute unit but unfortunately I can't remember. Might be worth researching.
