At about 16 weeks, all dogs slow way down growing. She'll probably grow
another 2 or 3 inches in height in the next 8 or so months. Based on my
size charts, she'll be within the standard by the time she's full grown. Her
weight is rather low for her height so you may want to increase the amount
of food she is getting. Her adult weight should be somewhere between 17
to 20 lbs.

Her breeder should be able to provide you with a multigenerational health
history so you can be aware of any potential health issues she might face.
