DD took the SAT at age 11 for CTY. The scores were strictly for eligibility for CTY and were not reported to universities and aren't part of her official schooling record at all.

Unless you are seeking early enrollment in college, I don't see any reason you'd want that information passed on. DD did feel accomplished just completing the test at that age. It did relax her about taking the PSAT at 13 in high school. It's impressive that she outscored graduating seniors at age 11 but really, all that matters to the universities is how she scores just prior to applications against the peers she will be attending with.
