John,
April last year you looked up # 2027204 for me--it has wood grips.
My question is, what would the proper grips be? Red plastic with, or without the brass whirlwind insert? Shipped 12/27/1968 by the way from your earlier response.
I might still pick it up as it's still sitting at the gunshop. It needs a barrel pin for sure (dented over on the top on one side, like it was fired when the barrel wasn't seated right) and maybe a takedown plunger--but I am working on a package deal there and might get it at a song, and would like to bring it back to original as is my wont.
Knowing the proper grip panels to search for will help the cause!
Thank you,
Steve

Hello Steve, The proper grips would be the reddish brown ambidextrous bake-lite type grips with the trigger logo. John Stimson
