Petty's number of 2100 is probably about 100 low. I think I posted some of these numbers on the old (second) HSCA forum. Depending on the interpretation of the open records, this number could be another 100 higher.
The mystery is the number of survivors and in what condition. I have several.
Jack, I have heard the counts were off by a factor of 10 but the number of "H-D's" that come up for sale or view seem to be much greater in number then the first model "H-B's" that Mr. petty report... more
