Yes, the early guns with fixed barrels had feed ramps and teh guns with removable barrel models did not.
There should be no significant difference in accuracy. I think you need to look for another reason the Model H-D Military does not shoot as well. Bad crown? Magazine adjustment that might be causing bullet deformation?
