Hello Jim,

1158 shipped Thursday March 30, 1933 to J. L. Galef.

The funny sight may be because of a funny barrel. I have found nothing to suggest that there was ever a 4.50" barrel for the single shot. The Galef order did not mention two barrel lengths.
