Tasha was rather excited about the fair. She had gone to fairs before but never a magical state fair so she was quite looking forward to the new experience. Especially the food. Fairs in general had things like cotton candy, corn dogs, funnel cakes and nachos. Plus there were culinary competitions which included meats, cheeses and honeys that people had made from what she understood.

However her time at Sonora was coming to a close and Tasha was feeling surprisingly sentimental. For one thing, the last fair that they'd had had been her favorite event because of it had been an international fair which had been right up the Aladren's alley. It had not only influenced her midterm breaks ever since but had been what first caused her to become friends with Joe.

Not only that but she was genuinely worried that she was leaving Juniper here to fend for herself. Yes, Tasha logically knew that this was inevitable because her cousin wouldn't be able to leave early and she couldn't stay-and really didn't want to. The Aladren was going to be leaving right from school to join her parents in Iceland. She was really looking forward to that, having not been there before. Anyway, she was leaving so Finn had better be there for her cousin.

The other thing that sort of bothered about graduating was that, well, she was unlikely to ever see Joe again. With her traveling and their generally different places in society, they probably wouldn't be able to maintain much of a friendship and that made Tasha sort of sad. The Teppenpaw was pretty much the only person here outside her family who'd given her much of a chance at all.

She got her yearbook and approached the other seventh year. "Do you want to hang out with me today?"
