Lily was excited to finally have the coveted title of 'captain' before her name, and she expressed her enthusiasm during every practice. She took the position seriously, however, and her pre-match speech was calculated and practical.

When the whistle blew, Lily watched Heinrich successfully grab the Quaffle and she followed him. When he seemed ready, she flew by and caught the pass he threw. Ness was pressing her too closely to fly straight towards the hoops, so she quickly changed course and flew rapidly up and down, trying to put some distance between them.

It was difficult with the opposing Chaser pressing in on her, so Lily passed the Quaffle to another orange-clad Chaser away from Ness.
