Net Neutrality is designed so that providers CANNOT charge more for the same bytes to different buyers. It is an attempt to make it so folks like Verizon cannot charge a small guy more for access than they charge the big guys like Amazon.

I'm ok with that concept, however, I am NOT OK with the FCC declaring the net a Tier 2 Utility, or whatever designation they put on it under the guise of Net Neutrality. That just opens the door for them to put universal fees on it just like they do your other utility bills.

The term "Net Neutrality" sort of sounds like the crap you posted, but that has nothing whatsoever to do with the issue.
