LOLS. What do these figures mean?

One says catching more. The other says catching less. Catching less might mean there is a stand down, allowing more to cross over. I doubt if interdiction is the key factor. Likely it's the dying US economy, referring to jobs, high taxes, and a dying middle class. Xanadu is not so bright and shiny as before.....except for you stock market freaks.
