Hammer favors queers over cake maker
Wed Dec 6, 2017 3:17pm

I have a similar propositional dilemma for Miss Manners:

Let's say a burly man goes to a custom dressmaker ... and asks the dressmaker to make him a long, flowing dress with an Empire waist.

Now, the dressmaker refuses and says "I won't make dresses for men."

Should the man hire a lawyer, enlist the aid of the ACLU, and file a discrimination suit against the dressmaker?

How far will this case go?

C'mon, Ham-Boy, give us your infallible opinion.
