There is no such thing as too many diagnostic tests when it comes to arriving at the correct diagnosis.

That is like Emperor Joseph II criticizing Mozart's composition for having too many notes.

What is wrong is having unnecessary tests.

What is wrong is to think that when a diagnostic test comes back negative that it was unnecessary.
