It's clear.

A person has NO right to use deadly force in self defense if they are committing any criminal act other than a class C misdemeanor that is a violation of law or ordinance regulating traffic.

In essence, if you are committing a crime, you give up your right to self defense. It doesn't matter if your crime was intentional or not.

Whether she intended to do so or not, she did commit a crime by entering the home of another without consent or lawful authority.
