FEMA failed to meet LOUISIANA's obligations.

And folks like you believed the narrative that Louisiana's failure WAS a failure on the part of FEMA.

There were hundreds of truckloads of supplies sitting outside of the damage zone READY to deliver just waiting on the STATE to say where. The state FAILED to do so, and FEMA had to build a LOCAL distribution plan from scratch instead of relying on the STATE as they were supposed to do.

Yes, to those ignorant of the way things are SUPPOSED to work it might LOOK like FEMA was slow off the mark. But that is only because you are assuming that FEMA was supposed to be the ones handing the supplies out and they WERE slow to start doing the STATE's job.

              Doing their job wasn't a failure regardless of who was in the White House at the time. The failure was PURELY on the state of Louisiana.
