What they should do, but won’t

What they did in my city was sectioned off a vacant area of town and put all the homeless there it makes it easier to control and feed them if they’re in one place and not scattered all over the city. If a cop sees a panhandler on a street corner or sleeping under a bridge he gets sent to that designated area. It seems to have worked out pretty well so far.

San Francisco needs to learn that they can’t tax their problems away. They need to move every homeless person to a designated area so they can be controlled instead of having them crapping and urinating all over the streets.
