year ago. I wonder if there was another one? We only went on off hours and still were very vigilant. We did encounter some not-so -nice-dogs and not-so-good- owners there. The park itself isn't so great as far as dog parks go. It's just a fenced in area, with one bench, no water, unless it's been improved since we were there. We were disappointed because it is so close to the marina. I guess we will still check it out, but i don't know if I would be comfortable planning a romp there unless maybe we were able to do it on a weekday, and even then I'm not sure. So sorry, but we've had our mini-romps here, and I felt completely differently about the scene... It does get very hot for the dogs, too, so I don't think it would be worth anyone traveling from too far. We certainly are open to other ideas and suggestions!!!! I think there is a dog park in Providence somewhere???
OK...time to ask. How many people here are from MA or RI that own a doodle? I know many doodles live down South, but curious how many we have in the New England area? Creasey is a happy doodle in... more

Do you go to the dog park in Barrington? We've been meaning to make it up there one weekend because we've heard good things about it...we're only about 15-20 minutes from there.
