  Between rattlers, coral snakes, gators, and bears, who needs it? Although what is crazy is that a few weeks ago one of my agility friends up here was bitten by a copperhead.

    Yes, we live with lots of creatures....but most often you don't see the scary ones. I really hated to kill the snake....but too risky with the dogs.... The coral snake is really a beautiful snake.

      She didn't even see it happen so treatment was delayed for hours as hospital didnt think it was a snake bite. Her hand was ugly!

      They say down here, they gather the stuff but don't really hibernate.... Your chances of bear encounters are much higher than ours..... Although, they do show up...poor guys/gals have no more... more

  balls around the outside of your lanai if it were me, and also maybe a few in the planters, they stink so the boys won't go near them, at least mine don't ;-) So glad you guys caught and killed it!... more

  Alisha was die, she hatessssss snakes...we live in Massachusetts so we don't deal with anything like that, mostly just rabbits, beaver creatures, and squirrels. I however would trade allllll that for ... more
