pumpkin recipes needed!!!
Fri Aug 25, 2017 8:57am

I cannot get canned pumpkin in Germany. At least not readily available in the grocery stores.
I buy the actual pumpkin in autumn and make soup from it. I do that. I make soup and freeze it. But it takes up a lot of space in the freezer. And I usually like to eat pumpkin soup all winter long.

is there a way I can prepare some sort of pumpkin base, which I can freeze, and then thaw it later and make soup?
Ok, fire your recipes away!!!

Where else to go than the zoo....... :-)
