Shelley, Although I am still wrestling
Sat Jan 6, 2018 12:51am

with a UTI I had to log in just to see what's up. I saw your post on your loss of Liberty. I just had to log on to let you know that I had seen your post. Over the past 4 years, The Zoo has had to say goodbye to far too many of our beautiful doodles. I am bothered that you have lost 3 with in a short period of time. It so bothers me and depresses me that so, so many have left for The Rainbow Bridge. If perhaps The Bridge is more than just a poem, more than just a story, then time will reunite those dogs with their owner and join with those that still hold a great love for them. I like to think that some where, some how, some time will bring us together with our loved dogs. According to the poem, all the dogs and pets will play and wait at the Bridge but hold off crossing it until they rejoin their owners so they can cross over together, It's a wonderful story that so many of us hold dear to our heart because the thought of never seeing them again is far too painful. I am so terribly sorry for your loss. But, I must tell you, that reading that you now have little Willow Grace makes my heart smile for you as it now is the time to learn a new love for a dog that doesn't yet know how lucky she is. I hope there will be a new crop of doodles to let us teach them of love and the new doodles can be friends and start new memories and take advantage of the love we have to give. Congratulations on the start of your new l ife with your new doodle. Go love her up and rejoice!
