My Charlie just started taking Galliprant yesterday (he is 11 1/2 years old). He had been acting somewhat strange the last few months and when our vet examined him she noticed that he was reacting to her touching a certain spot on his back. We are trying it out for a week to see if it helps with the strange things I have noticed (jumping up like something startled him, panting excessively at times, restlessness). It seems like it is helping so far. We will see. Charlie is very sensitive to any medication with a steroid in it, so the vet recommended the Galliprant since it is steroid-free.

    This is a new drug that is supposed to be effective for arthritic/inflammation issues. You might ask your vet. It is expensive. I got Ozzie's from PetMed $70 for a month supply. There needs to be a... more
