Not being certain of her "parentage", but she is very poodly. Her coat is very soft but the fur is tightly curled. Local doodle owners have commented that she's def. a doodle just more poodly. Maybe it shouldn't matter but my preference regardless of her "pedigree" is that her groom is as "doodly" as possible.
Alot of groomers don't know what to do with very poodly doodles to avoid making them look like poodles. Ask her to avoid poodle styling elements like defined separation of the ears, rounded topknot,... more
Looking at your picture from Starbucks, your groomer has already done some of this - I'd just ask for less distinction between the topknot and ears, a little more length on the muzzle, and no pom or... more
