We called Barney to leash him up for the walk back on paved roads before he had a chance to check out what Sis was doing. Otherwise, I'm sure I would have been scrubbing 2 dogs. Lucky, since we wouldn't know what she had been up to for a few more moments.
Sundog rolled once on some dead elk bones. Not too bad. She also rolled once in rotten mushrooms. Very bad. But still not as disgusting. She also loves to roll in leaves, which is okay. Must be some smell in there that we humans can't detect, which is fine by me.

Same thing happened to Isha quite a few years ago. She disappeared into the woods and came back quite proud of what she had rolled in. I couldn't beliveve it. Boy did she get scrubbed that night!
