The Virginia City firemen's muster committee would like to thank all of the teams and team members for joining them at the Virginia City muster this weekend and helping to make it a success. The muster is part of the Comstock Firemen's Museum (Liberty Engine Co. No. 1) celebration of the 150th anniversary of the organization of the Virginia Fire Department, the first fire department in Nevada. Your attendance, the great antique fire apparatus you all brought, your participation in the events, your friendship and especially your support of the muster and the muster committee is really appreciated by the muster committee and the Virginia City community.
