We are owners of a sweet 10 month old F1b goldendoodle from Smeraglia. He is perfect for us and we have been so happy with our decision to get our first dog from such a good breeder. Our Bogey does like to chew...alot! On a recent trip to CO, we found a fabulous pet store on Pearl Street in Boulder, CO named Farfel's Farm. The owners were so helpful and resourceful. She recommended Rocky Mountain Antlers for our aggressive chewer. We have previously only bought the cow hooves from Smeraglia boutique and have been happy with them too, but the antler is amazing. No smell at all! He was a bit afraid of the antler at first, but after a few minutes he was happily chewing his new favorite toy. Farfel's Farm is a store that works with Colorado State University School of Veterinary Medicine to test products. The antlers are collected from the normal shedding process that elk and deer normally go through, but specifically in the Rocky Mountain area. They are cut so that the entire antler has marrow inside and they do not splinter! I have been so pleased with this product that I wanted to share the information.
