No renewal notice

I have had a premium account for 4 years, and this morning I look at my latest newsletter and discover that I no longer have a premium account. I never received a notice to renew, and I am extremely disappointed, both at the unprofessional appearance this gives my newsletter, as well as your failure to advise me that it was time to renew.

If I cannot rely on you to send renewal notices I will have to look for another service. I cannot risk sending another newsletter that is unprofessional.

Please explain.

      A renewal notice was sent out to you on 2012-06-11 at 16:56:14. It is possible that your spam filter intercepted it and we will resend it to you.
