I have spent the last five days working on my family tree at as a free registered guest. I went from six known people to 160 in my family tree, which just includes parents no siblings. Also, traced different parts of the tree back to the 1500s in Germany, England and Ireland. Family tradition says that my paternal grandmother was half Native American -- but I couldn't prove that. But it was a lot of fun and I can heartily recommend (no I don't get a commission from them, nor a referral fee) if you are interested in filling up your family tree. And I didn't have to pay a membership fee (which you can if you so wish). :)
