Evan had to hold back a chuckle as the girl tripped over her words, speculating over why he was reading so much about the pop sensation. To him, the answer was evident, yet he had to remind himself that she probably wasn't in the talent show as he hadn't seen her at rehearsals. She was already fumbling over her words and messing with her hair; he didn't want her to start pulling it out next. Making her feel the least bit comfortable was an essential at the moment.
