Jace Sullivan
A blue start!
Fri Apr 4, 2014 13:59

“Mommmmm it’s doing it again!” Jason Sullivan cried unhappily, as he stared in the mirror. His normally short blonde hair was currently shoulder length and bright blue. Vanessa Sullivan walked in and smiled at her son.

“Just relax Jace.” she said coming over and running her hand through the long blue hair. “It’s going to be okay buddy. She knew it was hard for her son, a Metamorphmagus to keep control over his power when he was feeling his emotions. Today, he was nervous and it showed with the bright blue hair.

“I can’t!” he said moodily. He glared at his reflection in the mirror, he hated being a Metamorphmagus. He couldn’t control how he looked and it was rather annoying. Vanessa began to hum and Jace began to relax, his hair going shorter but still blue.

“The blue doesn’t look bad Jace.” Kyle, his father said from doorway. “The kids will just think your parents are the coolest!”

Jace laughed and his hair began to lighten to the blonde that he normally was. “There ya go buddy!” Kyle said and rubbed his son’s hair as Jace looked at them with a smile.

Jace looked at his mom as she wiped some imaginary from the Quidditch t-shirt Jace was currently wearing. Vanessa had tried to get her eldest son to wear something nicer to Orientation but Jace had insisted he would only wear jeans and a t-shirt. “Have a good term.” Kyle said as he hugged his son and Vanessa whispered her own goodbye before handing Jace his dream catcher.

A few moments later, Jace landed in his new school’s hall way. He looked around a bit worried that his hair had changed but from what he could tell he was still the blonde haired, blue eyed boy he normally was. He pushed his trunk over to the side and walked nearer to the tall man who who seemed to be in charge.

He ushered them into the Finer Diner, a room that Jace figured would be his favorite place. The boy walked over and picked up what seemed to be very small hamburgers. He took a seat at one of the fires and smiled at the person next to him. “This seems to be exciting, right?” he asked a bit worried how he might look.
