Alannah couldn’t help but glare at Safire, anyone who said that books were boring and should be burned was no friend of hers. Alannah’s governess, Mora had always told her that a proper young lady had to learn from books because a husband would need to be gently lead by their wives. Yet, Alannah watched as Bessie Mae smoothly took control of the situation. Alannah was impressed by Bessie Mae, thankfully there was at least one person here at RMI that she could depend on.

“Well Safire, if you think books should be burned then maybe this isn’t the club for you. We all want to expand our minds and become better witches. If you don’t want to learn from these books maybe this club isn’t for you.” Alannah said as Bessie Mae showed Safire, the register.

Alannah wondered if the DoM should just become a two person club or an invite only club. Yes, that was it the DoM was going to invite only. “Yes, if you are going to stay please sign the register.” Alannah said with a small smirk. She really hoped the other girl would just leave so the others could get on with the tongue tying spell. It seemed like a very useful spell to know. As the waited, Alannah flicked her wand ready to get the club started.
