Cora Procella [Aquila]
Plotting (again)

Puffapods... Well that was an interesting name. It made Cora think of giant mushrooms, but it didn't sound remotely dangerous... or interesting for that matter.

Nevertheless, she decided she would make the most out of this class. Looking around her table, she was pretty happy with the group she was seated with.

Professor Padral removed the cloth covering the odd-shaped plant, and Cora reached out to poke it. Her hand had just come out from beneath the table when she heard Professor Padral warn not to touch the specimen. Luckily, this warning was directed to someone else.. someone that was not Cora, and that was all that mattered to her. She was under the radar... at least for now

With the hand that she had just removed from underneath the table, she pushed a few black curls that had escaped her braid behind her ears and started taking notes, pondering what to do with the seeds.

Cora was certain that she would be allowed to throw them at some point in class. After all, her professor had pretty much told her that much. But what could she do with them? She wasn't an Aquila for nothing-- she was just as prone to plotting as the rest of them.

Well, she couldn't throw the seeds at a person, so that was out of the question, but she could throw them at the ceiling. From what she knew about flowers (mostly from the wild flowers that grew along the stream in the woods at home), they were usually pretty lightweight. They could float down slowly, and no one would notice if the flowers landed on them. Not even the boys.

Yes, this would be a fun class.

Scott just loved that the school administration board had given him a chair that spun. Between classes, he typically was supposed to be grading papers or preparing for his next lesson. But no,... more
