Chris -

I am in transit for work this week - As previously stated I was at the National Archives researching my next project this summer. The article was already submitted in spring of 2017. Most publications have a several month lag time from the time of submission. Per your last research project, I trust the downloads from the National Archives in the UK and the MHA in Newfoundland.have provided you copies?

Per your other request, next time I am there I will try to remember to bring a ruler and measure it.

Best ,
