I have not had my ancestry for some time where I stored a lot of this stuff. And my memory is not what it used to be. But I remember that there is much more info on this Mrs . E.Place wife of James. She was from the midwest and took numerous trips to Colon and to Cuba. Sometimes with her husband or children .She was older than Etta.Bob can help with this. She also if I remember had a visa to travel to and from US which had more info.

On the Colon incident there was an illness like Colors/typhoid or some such that made the shops passengers from San Francisco have to be held there and not proceed.

Bob can fill you in on all of it.
