Elzy Lay and Zane Grey

Hi guys. I'm posting a fairly basic question again, but I don't have the same degree of knowledge as most of you. My question is whether anyone knows if there's any validity to the idea that Zane Grey ever made contact with Elzy Lay in his later years and if they'd planned to write something together. Did anything at all survive? Maybe some notes left with family, etc.?

The information on this forum is fascinating. A little prickly from time to time but enlightening.
