Not sure I follow your point. Chris sent me the Cooper report in late 2016 with the following comment: "I won't be offended, but do you think it is B and S in the RR pic? Im including my forensic analysis for you to look at."

I gave him my thoughts about it, in essence that I thought Cooper's analysis fell short and that I didn't think either Cassidy or Sundance was in the photo. Chris did, after all, ask for my opinion, and I gave it to him.

A few months later Chris released the Copper memo to the press in Utah.

The following year, 2018, I wrote my article about the misuses of facial recognition technology in analyzing Old West photos,
