My uncle, Elmer J. Stewart, died in WWII in a Japanese POW camp in Bataan. He was stationed at Barksdale AFB before being shipped out to Savannah and then to the Phillipines. He married a lady named "Ida" who may have been from somewhere around Barksdale AFB. I do not know her maiden name and I am quite sure they did not have any children.

There is a Findagrave.com #72912900 for an "Ida Lockeby Stewart" but I am not sure if this is her and I'm looking for confirmation. I am hoping someone in LA will be able to provide some information about her.
