Looking for any death or any information on a James R Dixon who married a Nettie James in Franklin Parish LA. back in 1883. They apparently died during the years of about 1894 - to 1900, as their two children that we know of are in the 1900 census records of Franklin Parish (Winnsboro) in two separate households. Those children were Nettie Annie Dixon and a Frank Dixon. Census shows them to have all been born in Louisiana, however we believe that James R.'s uncle Charles Edward was the son of a Thomas Rootes Dixon born in MS. Not having the 1890 census makes tracking very difficult in these cases. Thomas Rootes father was Roger Dixon born in Virginia.
