adding subscribers

I joined an ad co-op which sends me free subscribers. My question is how do I manually add their email addy's? They are all double opt in.

    You cannot manually add email addresses to a ListApp. The owner of the email address needs to confirm their desire to be included in your newsletter. We do this because we have no way to determine... more
