A few things can cause this to happen:

Cookies are not enabled in the browser

The IP address has changed since login

The admin has blocked your ability to post

Site allows me to log in but when I try to post message it takes me back to login screen, says I'm not a registered user.

        Some admins will put their contact info on the WebApp.

      You would need to ask the Admin of the particular app you are trying to access whether they've blocked you.
