Meldaner is indeed 'beloved man', though I also have it translated somewhere as 'beloved and dear man'. I'm glad you like it. I almost definitely found it on It's either taken from their name lists--they have these pages where they take root words and show you a lot of possible names, sometimes using two root words--or else is something I put together from those name lists. I suspect the former, since it's a pretty simple name--one root word plus an ending.

Also, just...thank you for doing this :D and please don't feel like you have to resist that temptation Actually seeing some of their dialogue as it should be (ie, untranslated)...that's just spectacular. Thank you.
