Certainly doesn't do anything to firm up Moorad's ownership group.

Sheesh. This whole thing is just bad news, seems like. But inevitably, and this was always the plan, Moorad's going to use the club's revenues to pay off Moores. Which is what happened in LA, and has happened many times over in MLB for decades. The better for the owners to control each other, I suppose.

          Oh, and other thing I was going to add. I just can't help but have a picture of Moores in my head while this is going down. This guy seems so desperate to get out of MLB, and he just can't do it.... more
